Aerobics – Instructor: Natasha Keating
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines to improve all elements of fitness; flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular health.

Bollyfit® – Instructor: Adele
Come revolutionize your workout with this new concept blending fitness, dance and mindful meditation!  Joy, acceptance and stress-relief are just a few of the benefits that you will experience from Bollyfit! By the end of the class you will be having so much fun you will forget that you are sweating!  Everyone is welcome - people of all ages and walks of life!  We will welcome you into a beautiful community of openness, self-expression and positivity!  I can’t wait to share this wonderful experience with you!

Drop-in Youth Night – Leader: André Patenaude
If you are between the ages of 8-12, come hang out with your friends and have fun playing basketball, floor hockey, soccer and much more.  It’s free and all the equipment will be provided.  The sports will be coordinated by two enthusiastic leaders.  It will be a fun and safe environment and all skill levels are welcome.

Learn to Paint Watercolour – Instructor: Shannon Hewitt
Join in to learn the foundations of watercolour painting and start off your very own journey as an artist.  Students will be required to purchase brushes and watercolour paper.  The instructor has recommended products that can be purchased at Hues Art Supply, located at 1818 Lorne Avenue.  Participants will receive a 10% discount with the total being $27.00.  Students will also be required to bring 2 cups for water, a pencil and a fine-tip black pen.  All other supplies will be provided.  If you are interested in registering for this class and purchasing your supplies from Hues, please, e-mail us so that we can ensure that Hues has enough product in stock.

Tiny Tots Soccer – Instructor: Sean Ryan
Would you like an activity for your kids to be active, have fun, interact with children their own age and learn some soccer skills along the way?  Then the Tiny Tots Soccer program is just what you are looking for.  Your children will be encouraged to take part in a variety of age-appropriate games and drills, focused on ways to develop their soccer skills, all while having fun and learning to be a part of a team.
