Annual General Meeting

At the AGM, we receive the audited financial statements, reports from Board members and committees, approve amendments and additions to bylaws, and elect new Directors.

The 2024 AGM was held Tuesday, October 1, 7:00 p.m.
at Queen Elizabeth School.

All adult Residents of Your Community and members of its School Families are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and encouraged to participate.

The draft Minutes of the 2023 AGM and the 2024 Agenda are here for your information.  These Minutes need to be approved at the 2024 AGM.
