Annual General Meeting

At the AGM, we receive the audited financial statements, reports from Board members and committees, approve amendments and additions to bylaws, and elect new Directors.

Our 2026 AGM will be held on November 6th, starting at 7:00pm.
It will take place at Queen Elizabeth school.

All adult Residents of Your Community and members of its School Families are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and encouraged to participate.

The Minutes of the 2024 AGM, Minutes of the 2025 AGM the 2025 Agenda are now available.  These Minutes need to be approved at the 2025 AGM.
