WinterFest was back for 2024 with fun activities that were enjoyed by the whole family. All the 2024 WinterFest activities were located at Achs Park with washroom facilities available.
On Friday February 23rd at 8:00 p.m., we tried to hold a game of Adult Shinny, however the weather did not make for useable ice.
Thanks to the volunteers who worked to improve the ice surface for Saturday’s activities.
On Saturday February 24th from noon to 3:00 p.m., many stopped by Achs Park to take part in the fun activities for the whole Family, includin
- Public Skating
- Sledding
- Refreshments/BBQ
- Campfire
- Warm up Shack
- Pokecheck (Saskatoon Blades mascot) from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and
- Theresa Sokyrka (Juno nominated singer/songwriter) performing two sets
