Annual General Meeting

At the AGM, we receive the audited financial statements, reports from Board members and committees, approve amendments and additions to bylaws, and elect new Directors.

Our 2026 AGM will be held on October 15th, starting at 7:00pm.
It will take place at Queen Elizabeth school.

All adult Residents of our Community and members of its School Families are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and encouraged to participate.

Minutes of the 2025 AGM are available. These Minutes need to be approved at the 2025 AGM.
