Annual General Meeting

At the AGM, we receive the audited financial statements, reports from Board members and committees, approve amendments and additions to bylaws, and elect new Directors.

Our 2025 AGM will be rescheduled due to unforeseen events.
It will still take place Queen Elizabeth School.

All adult Residents of Your Community and members of its School Families are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and encouraged to participate.

The draft Minutes of the 2024 AGM and the 2025 Agenda will be posted when available.  These Minutes need to be approved at the 2025 AGM.
