General Information
Online registrations ends September 27 (E-transfer only; fees to be sent to treasurer@qexca.ca as soon as registration form is completed)
In-person registration at Queen Elizabeth School:
- September 21 & 23, 6-7pm
- Cash, cheque or e-transfer accepted
PLEASE NOTE:
- All dates and times are subject to change. Classes will run based on reaching minimum required registration numbers & finding programming instructors.
- All participants need to complete a registration form and send payment to QEXCA. No registrations will be accepted before August 23 or after September 23, 2026 without approval. Programming starts the week of September 28, except Spanish Class, which starts on September 21.
- A non-refundable QEXCA membership is required for registration. Memberships cost $10 per household. 2026-2027 memberships are valid until July 31, 2027. New registrations will receive a 2026-2027 membership. If you already have a membership from another community association, QEXCA will honour it!
- REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued after the first week of classes (cut off date is September 17). There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds, with the exception of program cancellations due to low class sizes.
